Calgary, AB, January 5, 2012:  Masterful Canadian chefs Connie DeSousa, John Jackson and Grant Van Gameren, at work with baker extraordinaire Aviv Fried, are creating CHARPOP, a stealthy new restaurant at a secret locale that will be open in Calgary for a mere three days from January 15-17, 2012..

Bookings are limited to the first 60 people.

How to Make a Reservation
Send your full name, contact number and email address are required, along with your preferred date and time to dine, as well as the number in your party to the CHARPOP email address.

Note
Reservation requests max out at four guests per booking as seating is limited during the three-day restaurant run. If you are flexible with your dates and times, please include a note in your email. Two nightly seating turns (6:00-6:30pm and 9:00-9:30pm) designate three hours each window. Keep this in mind for early reservations.

CHARPOP accepts cash and debit payments only.

On this webpage, discover the CHARPOP location, announced one week prior to the restaurant opening, along with any other relevant updates or details.

"CHARPOP runs as a full-on restaurant," says Jackson. "Though sure to be a spectacle, CHARPOP is not a ticketed event. In other words, there is no set fee to take part.

"CHARPOP features an a la carte menu that promises to surprise and satiate with creative, memorable items -- from foie gras and sausage to beef tongue and brioche -- by renowned Canadian cooking talents.

Evening seatings, at 6:00, 6:30, 9:00 and 9:30, are being staged in grand style with decor by Calgary's award winning event planner Kenneth Kristofferson of Pop Kollaborative Inc., an international award-winning Canadian event company that uses innovation, wisdom, and imagination to create live experiences to be remembered. Kristoffersen is most recently recipient of the Steve Kemble International Leadership Award and the Event Professional of the Year Award, Canada's highest honour in the field.
